I would like you to know how much my wife and I appreciate how well you respond to our every need, be it in the form of a question or just follow up on our progress since we began this huge undertaking of putting our store on the internet.

Before we selected Total Merchant Services as our merchant account provider we thoroughly checked out all the other companies offering their versions of the great service you provide. Believe me, there are a lot of them out there! And, I am sorry to say, a lot of them with a lot less integrity than Total Merchant Services. After "exhausting" comparative shopping we found that no one could compete with you.

I would also like to say that the shopping cart software is excellent, made possible by Mr. Scott Vining, the author of "Total Merchant Manager", probably the easiest package to use out of all of them available. This is really important to a web site the size of ours, when we get the entire site up it will offer in excess of 7,000 items for sale. Not a small task by any stretch of the imagination. The real-time card processing is an absolute necessity to any business. TMS has made that possible, and Scott Vining has done an excellent job in that area too. The order forms are very easy to set up and they work great.

I can't say enough about the support Mr. Scott Vining has given us. He always responds quickly to my every question, regardless of how trivial it may be. I get e-mail responses from him long after midnight, makes me wonder if he ever sleeps. Scott has done a great job with Total Merchant Manager. It makes our job a lot easier than we had anticipated.

We will recommend Total Merchant Services and Total Merchant Manager to everyone we know looking to put an e-commerce site up on the web.

Here is my testimonial for the Total Merchant Manager Software.

I am very pleased with this software. Even without a manual and with my limited knowledge of servers, html, etc I was able to set my store up with very few problems. There were a couple of glitches that I needed straightened out and I emailed Scott and he answered my questions and fixed a few minor problems. For instance, I had a customer from Russia that wanted to purchase from my site but his country was not listed in the list of countries. The next day he sent me mail that he had added Russia to the list and also gave me an address to link to to accept credit cards by phone and email separate from online orders.
